Today is a good day. I sit at my desk, composing this review, SavvyJack in my 'stache, the subtle scent of chocolate caressing my olfactory senses. I have found the mustache wax for me in SavvyJack. To be clear, I am not a grooming snob. I am simply picky, in that I demand simplicity in my grooming needs. I am not the guy that stands in front of the mirror, blow-drying my face as I tease my whiskers into championship handlebars. I just want a 'stache and beard that are well kept and clean. If that's what you are looking for as well, let me explain why I like SavvyJack: For starters, my order was shipped and arrived both correct and in a timely manner. These days, that is a minor miracle. I got an email shortly after I ordered, acknowledging the order, and another soon thereafter indicating my product had been shipped, including a tracking number with a link. Very professional. As I said, I am a simply guy. I love that there are only a handful of ingredients, all of which I can pronounce and know where to find them in nature. I followed the instructions provided, and the product was easily applied, spread well, and yet had the strong hold I am looking for. The chocolate scent is subtle and spot on. I tested washing it out with a little soap and water both after just an hour, and after wearing it all day and over night. Both times, it was easily removed, which has been a problem with other brands that offer the same level of strong hold. While I can't say I need to use it as a bullet lube (haven't fired black powder in 15 years), being able to claim my 'stache wax can be used for that definintely strokes the ego in the right place and acts as a great conversation starter with friends. Finally, I love the fact that this compnay is veteran owned, and I dig the logo and marketing materials. I even got a hand written note, thanking me for choosing SavvyJack. Being able to support a small business that is killing it is a nice bonus! The bottom line for me is that SavvyJack Mustache Wax is a quality product and I believe it is completely worth the price, especially when compared to other brands of similar quality and hold.

I've had a goatee for 20+ years and recently decided to grow a full beard & a fuller mustache to create a new look and do some mustache sculpting. Being new to the task I didn't have any real expectations established. I only knew what I saw in photos. I tried a couple of mustache wax brands then decided to try out the SavvyJack mustache wax. Wow, what a marked difference! It has really great holding power and it lasts. It's doing a great job maintaining my mustache after I've shaped it. Great job SJ!

I have tried several top-rated waxes and this is by far the best. The tin is minimally sized for carrying in your pocket but it does last a very long time. I have been using daily for several weeks and am still not halfway finished with the first tin. I can take a little more work to saturate your hairs but the result is a long-lasting hold. Well worth it. Haven't tried it as bullet lube but I'm sure it works just as well :-)

I didn’t really believe that it would hold all day especially working outside, but I was proven absolutely wrong. It holds from early morning to late night even after being in the sun sweating all day. It took a few days to figure out how much to use and the best way to apply it, I found it works best when you preheat it with a blow dryer then apply it. I would most definitely suggest this product to any one with a mustache.

I have tried many of waxes. They all say the control & hold will be excellent. SavvyJack’s wax lives up to the statement. Try it you will think it is the best. The detail and the information on the website as to how the wax is made and what makes an excellent wax made me try it. My thinking was, If someone puts that much information into the description, it must be good, and they know what they are doing. This will be my new wax. Great product.
